PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fixing operation of a spectacles frame to a device by providing a fixing means locking movement of a holding part against energizing of an energizing means by a fixing starting signal of a signal generation means and fixing the spectacles frame. ;SOLUTION: One end of a spring 2065 is hung on a press working plate 2061 and the other end is hung on a pin 2066 planted in a body 20 of equipment. Normally, brake rubber 2062 pulls the press working plate 2061 in a direction that the rubber 2062 is not abutted on a center arm 2002. When a solenoid 2064 acts and the press working plate 2061 is pressed against the spring 2065, the brake rubber 2062 is abutted on the center arm 2002.
