PURPOSE: To prevent plural centralized and set leaders or each entered explanation information from being complicated. ;CONSTITUTION: Leaders 11'-13' of plural graphic elements 11-13 are constituted of a deriving part set on a common reference line 10 for the leaders constituted of a reference segment AB crossing those graphic elements and the extended part, and a following explanation information guiding part. Then, the coordinate data of each intersected point C-C" are calculated by using the vector data of the graphic elements 11-13 and the reference segment record, and the order of arrangement of each intersected point is searched. Also, connecting parts D-D" between the deriving part of each graphic element and the explanation information guiding part are set on the reference line 10 for the leaders so as to be made to correspond to the order of the arrangement of each intersected point C-C", and end points E-E" of each explanation information guiding part is specified.
