PURPOSE:To provide a facility control drawing where plural leader lines set concentratedly and explanatory information to be entered for the lines do not get complicated. CONSTITUTION:When a leader line such as a gas pipe 14 is automatically prepared, at first rectangular areas 11 to 13 for leader line where at least part of the boundary line segment 15 such as the road boundary of the road where this gas pipe, etc., is installed are defined as reference sides 11' to 13' are successively set so that the areas may not be overlapped with a margin polygon area 10 expect roads. Next, the already inputted start points A to A'' of each leader line are corresponded to the reference sides which are the nearest to each start point, for instance, and each reference side is divided based on this corresponded number. The intermediate points B to B'' and the start points A to A'' obtained by this division are combined in a form that the line segments with each other between the both points do not cross. Every area 11 to 13 for leader line, terminating points C to C'' are set at the prescribed direction from the intermediate points B to B''. Explanatory information guide parts BC, B' C', B'' C'' are made to be parallel lines, for instance.
