PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of joints for a handrail beam capable of being suitably used for slopes, applicable to a variety of installation conditions and adaptable also to bending in the direction of horizontal plane, and capable of simplifying and stabilizing a structure and reducing a cost.;SOLUTION: A joint 2 is formed of a beam support part 22 projectedly installed continuously with a spherical mounting part 21 slidable along a partial spherical surface 11 at the tip part of a cap with spherical surface. An elongated hole 211 is formed in the mounting part 21 of the joint 2, and the joint 2 is fixed to the tip part of a column 10 with a fixing bolt 13 so that an angel can be varied. The beam support part 22 of the joint 2 is formed along a part of the handrail beam 3 to support the end part of the handrail beam 3, and fixed through an elongated hole 221 in the beam support part 22 and an elongated hole 31 at the end part of the handrail beam 3 with a fixing bolt 23 screwed into a nut 53 at the joint mounting part 52 of an auxiliary joint metal 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
