PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge analytic system, with which a significant word to become the axis of clusters, an unwanted word and a synonym for executing clustering in combination with this significant word can be set. SOLUTION: In a knowledge server 122, a document requested to register from a client terminal 11 to a document database 1224 is stored on a knowledge database 1225 as a knowledge indexed separately and grasping of tendency or the like read from a knowledge group stored on this knowledge database 1225 is supported. Then, the knowledge server 122 has a device for a user to set the significant word, unwanted word or synonym to become the axis of clusters for providing sorting as intended by the user without being affected by eccentricity in the contents of the stored knowledge group, so-called clustering processing is executed for sorting the stored knowledge group into knowledge clusters on the basis of such setting, and the result is stored on an analyzed result database 1227.
