PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of performing the easy-to- understand display of the probability i.e., reliability of shifting to a game state advantageous to a game player, a method for varying and displaying a distinguishment information image in the game machine, a storage medium, and a server. SOLUTION: According to the degree of the sizes of characters displayed on a display part, the probability of shifting to the game state advantageous to the game player is changed. Therefore, it is possible to display what is called the reliability indicating the degree of the probability of developing to a ready- to-win state and a big win which are the state advantageous to the game player by the sizes of the characters, facilitate the estimation of the probability of developing to the big win of a game, and perform the easy-to-understand display of the destination of changes of the game.
