PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an operation free of concern for rejection and wear of an implant by providing conventionally impossible excision of only a focus portion such as a tumor or osteonecrosis of an interior while leaving an outer stable part (a cortical part) of a bone, regenerating the focus portion, reducing a load of a patient, and eliminating a need for the implant.;SOLUTION: Excision and regeneration are provided by using large, intermediate and small sized handpieces, using other handpieces as driving sources, connecting a physiological saline supplying tube for cooling and cleaning, and rotating a cam tool so as to open and close by using a hole precedently opened 10 mm below a neck of a caput.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
