PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consist tolerance to bending, antiforgery, authenticity judging properties, setting properties, adhesion with a surface protective layer or the like together. SOLUTION: In an image recording body having a printing pattern layer including an information carrier comprising a format printing and a flake-like pigment on a support, the printing pattern layer including the flake-like pigment has a plurality of layers formed under the condition that the areas of layers adjacent to each other are different from each other. Further, in the image recording body having the printing pattern layer including the information bearer comprising the format printing and the flake-like pigment on the support, the recording body has at leas one transparent resin layer under the condition that the transparent resin layer is formed so as to lie over the whole surface or on some part of the printing pattern layer including the flake-like pigment. Furthermore, in the image recording body having the printing pattern layer including the information carrier comprising the format printing and the flake-like pigment on the support, the total areal percentage of the printing pattern layer including the flake-like pigment on the image recording body is set to be 20% or more.
