PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicon component- and fluorine component-containing composition having ice and snow accretion preventing effects during snowfall and low temperatures and snow sliding performances during a temperature rise in combination.;SOLUTION: The silicon component- and fluorine component-containing composition for a coating film or a film comprises at least a specific silicon-containing compound and a specific fluorine-containing compound and, if necessary, another silicon-containing compound in an amount of ≤25 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. (expressed in terms of SiO2) of the specific silicon-containing compound. When the composition is formed into the coating film or film, the surface free energy (γ) or the surface thereof at 25°C is 5-24 [mN/m] and the ratio (γd/γp) of the dispersion force component (γd) to the nondispersing force component (γp) is 8.5-20. The ratio of increase in the surface energy radio before and after an immersion treatment of the coating film or film at 90°C for 5 min is within 1.5 times.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
