PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a disturbing substance enabling sure detection of even a slight amount of the disturbing substance. ;SOLUTION: A transgenic cell is produced by transferring a corpus luteum hormone receptor expression vector and an exogenote bonded with a promoter of a target gene of the corpus luteum hormone into a culture cell. The detection of the disturbing substance comprises the contact of a specimen material with the transgenic cell described in the claims 3 to 5 of the invention and the determination of the presence of the expression of the exogenote to detect the disturbing substance in the specimen material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
