PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach the guarantee of main body equipment to consumables and to give a product guarantee to the main body equipment with a simple procedure. ;SOLUTION: When user registration data of a sold product are transmitted from a sales store terminal 105 to a management server 101, the management server 101 registers a user and, by selling the consumables simultaneously, guarantees a main body product and registers guarantee information. On receiving a service request from a user terminal 103, the management server 101 authenticates the validity of the guarantee, and when the guarantee is valid, issues the request of a service to a service store terminal 104.
