PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user and to reduce delivery cost.;SOLUTION: A managing server 4 comprises a parcel delivery schedule information receiving function of receiving parcel delivery schedule information from a trader server 2, a delivery plan information transmitting function of transmitting delivery plan information to a user terminal 1, and a delivery command information transmitting function of transmitting the delivery plan information as delivery command information to the trader server 2. The managing server 4 has change request information receiving function of receiving information related to a change request of the delivery plan from the user terminal 1 having received the delivery plan information. The delivery command information transmitting function is a function of transmitting to the trader server 2 the delivery plan information changed and generated from a delivery plan as the delivery command information based on the change request information based on the change request information on receiving the change request information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
