PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly deliver a product of a customer requested specification and a relating product to a customer in response to an order for the product of the customer requested specification from the customer to a sales company, and reduce a risk relating to an inventory of the product of the customer requested specification and the relating part or the like in the sales company.;SOLUTION: A terminal 120 of the sales company 20 receiving the order for the product of the customer requested specification including an order for necessary hardware and software from a terminal 110 of a customer 10 issues a substitute delivery request to a terminal 130 of a distribution company 30. The distribution company 30 conducts operations of production of the product of the customer requested specification (product assembly), production of the relating product (production of a software, operation manual, and catalogue), shipping and delivery of the product of the customer requested specification and the relating product (Kitting, One to One distribution). A progress of these operations is managed by the terminal 130 of the distribution company 30, and progress management information of the pertinent operations is transmitted to the terminal 110 as an inquiry source in response to an inquiry from the terminal 110 of the customer 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
