CRANE SWING STOPPING METHOD AND SWING STOPPING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly stop swing of a load at a moving stop position even if a moving element is made to start traversing from any halfway position.;SOLUTION: In this crane swing stopping method, a moving element hanging the load by a strip member is made to traverse to a moving stop position 22 through an acceleration finishing stop position 28 and a deceleration starting position 30 by starting moving, and the swing of the load is cancelled from the deceleration starting position 30, thereby stopping the swing of the load at the moving stop position 22. The moving element is made to travel so as to change a traversing speed 29 from an acceleration finishing position 28 to the deceleration staring position 30, thereby making a swinging state of the load have a specified shape at the deceleration starting position 30. The swing of the load when the moving element is moved from a halfway position is cancelled from the deceleration starting position 30, thereby stopping the swing of the load at the moving stop position 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
