PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer-considering Chinese food service which enables a customer to relish a plurality of kinds of food items of a quantity truly needed at a time and is helpful to save food resources and to protect a natural environment in placing an order with a Chinese restaurant for food from an information terminal through the Internet.;SOLUTION: When the customer places an order with the Chinese restaurant directly or via an information intermediary center from the information terminal through an Internet web page, this food ordering method decides food items by means of at least the following (1) to (5) processes: a process (1) for accessing the Chinese restaurant (customer); a process (2) for displaying a food menu on the information terminal screen of the customer (restaurant or information intermediary center); a process (3) for selecting a plurality of food items from the food menu (customer); a process (4) for selecting respective amounts of the selected food items (customer); and a process (5) for dishing up the individual determined food items in one container partitioned with walls or the like (restaurant or information intermediary center).
