PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the solubility of polyphenols in water and further an aqueous solution containing the resultant polyphenols at a high concentration.;SOLUTION: The method for raising and improving the solubility of the polyphenols in water comprises including the polyphenols and a prescribed amount of glucides together.
