To provide a food composition containing a polyphenol-containing extract capable of: improving stability and water solubility for polyphenols which have poor stability and poor water solubility and are contained in each dosage form of the food composition containing a polyphenol-containing extract; suppressing the loss of polyphenols by storage or processing; and producing a clean aqueous solution.SOLUTION: A polyphenol-containing extract containing food composition according to an aspect of the present invention contains a polysaccharide such as water-soluble dietary fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
