PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line retrieval/preparation supporting device of cosmetics recipes for allowing a user to easily acquire information associated with cosmetics blend components to be used, and for conducting selection of cosmetics matching the request of the user and preparation of cosmetics recipes.;SOLUTION: The data base of preliminarily stored cosmetics blend components and cosmetics recipes is referred to, and a cosmetic recipe adapted to cosmetics blend components most suitable for parameters such as the condition, liking, or allergy of the skin inputted by using a customer computer and a skin surface analyzing device or the like connected to the Internet and/or adapted to retrieved cosmetics blend components is selected.
