CURING ACCELERATOR FOR URUSHI LACQUER AND/OR CASHEW NUT SHELL OIL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING QUICK DRYING HYBRID URUSHI LACQUER AND/OR CASHEW NUT SHELL OIL BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing a hybrid Urushi lacquer and cashew nut shell oil capable of drying in markedly shorter time than those of conventional methods at a normal temperature and humidity to form a high quality Urushi lacquer (like) film without using a specific installation such as an Urushi chamber and not containing a solvent, and also a curing accelerator used in the method. ;SOLUTION: The curing accelerator for the Urushi lacquer and/or cashew nut shell oil contains an organo-functional silane expressed by the formula: XnSi(OR)m [wherein, X is amino, an alkylamino, an aminoalkyl, epoxy, acryloxy, methacryloxy or vinyl group; R is an alkyl; and (n), (m) are each 1-3 integer and (n+m) is 4].
