SOLUTION: In a display device, a relative position between an image display section and the split wavelength plate filter section, which rotates polarized light of image information from a first division in a direction different from that of polarized light of image information from a second division, can be adjusted. When adjusting the position, a position-adjusting pattern 112 of colors, graphic forms, letters, marks, diagrams, patterns or their combination, which are different in the first section and in the second section, is displayed.
