PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rigid molding from which properties of a foam are removed by carrying out deairing compression [primary compression] and heating compression [secondary compression] without using binders of an adhesive and the like after pulverizing a thermosetting polyurethane foam waste. PSOLUTION: The rigid polyurethane foam waste is pulverized to a fine powder having a spinelike projection of 1 mm in particle size to make recycled materials. After molding, the primary compression for deairing is applied. Then, the secondary compression is applied until a specific draft is obtained in a heating atmosphere within a temperature range of 120 to 180C and a product is shaped. For the pulverizing, after coarsely pulverizing to 10 mm in particle size, the product is cast into a fibrillation apparatus for fiber-containing materials to obtain a fine powder 1 (recycled materials) having the spinelike projection of 0.3 to 0.5 mm in particle size.
