PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility operation support system suitable for improving the efficiency of an operation in facilities such as a theme park and a shopping mall.;SOLUTION: In the theme park, a RFID (radio frequency identification) detection part 310 for acquiring purchase history information on the basis of the utilization conditions of a visitor guide device 100 and a communication part 320 for transmitting the purchase history information acquired in the RFID detection part 310 to a visitor management server 200 are installed in a building 300. When receiving the purchase history information, the visitor management server 200 generates related merchandise guide information regarding merchandise or a service related to the merchandise or the service purchased by a visitor on the basis of the received purchase history information and transmits the generated related merchandise guide information to the visitor guide device 100.
