PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously determine many oligonucleic acid base sequences having high accuracy related to a double strand-binding temperature or melting temperature (Tm) value. SOLUTION: This program is characterized by having the first command for accepting and memorizing the designation of the acceptable range of the double strand-binding temperature in a computer, the second command for enlarging the length of a partial sequence in the analysis target nucleic acid base sequence and simultaneously calculating a double strand-binding temperature in each length in the computer, and the third command for judging whether the double strand-binding temperature calculated by the above-described means is included in the acceptable range designated by the designation means or not, and then outputting a partial sequence having the length as a candidate oligonucleic acid sequence when the double strand-binding temperature is included in the acceptable range, in the computer.
