PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freight/vehicle demand server, a freight/vehicle demand inter-system link system and their control method and program which can realize contract processing for freight information/empty car information within an entire system more efficiently by providing a link between circles constituting a single freight/vehicle demand system.;SOLUTION: This freight/vehicle demand server 400 sets the state of a public flag controlling publication of registered information in other freight/vehicle demand systems.
