PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freight/vehicle demand server, a freight/vehicle demand system and their control method and program which can realize contract processing for freight information/empty car information within an entire system more efficiently.;SOLUTION: This freight/vehicle demand server 400 selects, based on the state of an emergency flag of a first freight information of a freight to be delivered received from a goods owner terminal 100/a first empty car information of a delivery vehicle capable of delivery received from a car owner terminal 200, a second empty car information/second freight information corresponding to the first freight information/first empty car information.
