PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively screening a material capable of regulating the function of a PTEN protein, and further to provide an effective means for developing an antitumor agent, an immunosuppressant, and an immunostimulator.;SOLUTION: (1) A material inhibiting the bond of the PTEN protein with a tyrosine-phosphorylated integrin signal is screened by using the function of inhibiting the bond as an index.
