PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a throttle position sensor capable of minimizing cost increase and ensuring the sealing property of a seal member.;SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the throttle position sensor constituted in such a way that the throttle position sensor 9 for detecting a degree of opening of a throttle valve 3 is attached to a throttle shaft 4, cutout channels for draining water and respiration are formed in the axial direction of the throttle shaft 4 from a tip face of a boss 15, and the throttle shaft 4 and the throttle position sensor 9 are sealed on an inner face of the boss 15 by the seal member 11, a ring 16 for covering a part of length in the axial direction of the cutout channels 15b, 15c is fitted in the boss 15, and an inner face of the ring 16 and the seal member 11 are brought into pressure contact mutually over the whole periphery for sealing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
