PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar-added food of aloe suitable for eating by reducing the bitterness, and capable of being readily utilized without taking the time. ;SOLUTION: The flesh part of the aloe and crystal sugar are soaked to allow the sugar component of the crystal sugar to penetrate into the flesh part of the aloe, and simultaneously to dehydrate the flesh part of the aloe while extracting an aloe essence component from the flesh part of the aloe, and the resultant sugar-added flesh part of the aloe is separated from the sugar- added essence liquid of the aloe.
