PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system for electronic commerce capable of unitarily controlling delivery card and bill formation, recovery management, bill acceptance, payment management, acquisition of direct payment and credit information with a bank which are daily works performed in a company or the like by reading the data for various slips and ledgers generated on an information exchange center-side system to an accounting application.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a step for importing transaction establishment information established between a producer-side system and a purchaser- side system within a prescribed period in a transaction data file server; a step for totaling the transaction establishment information imported to the transaction data file server and transmitting it as bill data to the purchaser-side system every purchaser; a step for importing the credit data paid from a purchaser to a financial institute to a credit data file server; and a step for transmitting the payment data every producer from the transaction information imported to the transaction file server to the financial institute.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
