PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainbow-colored molding which exhibits a rainbow-color in a color of a reflected light and a color of a transmitted light, in which the rainbow color of the reflected light and the rainbow color of the transmitted color are different in style rainbow colors, the rainbow color is very vivid with excellent design properties and close contact properties of the transparent base with a rainbow-colored layer are good and to provide a rainbow-colored transfer film which has good productivity of the molding at a low cost. SOLUTION: The rainbow-colored transfer film comprises a mold release layer, a protective layer and a rainbow colored layer having high refractive index thin film layers formed on both surfaces of a low refractive index a thin film layer and an adhesive layer sequentially formed on one side surface of a plastic film.
