PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a low cost and high reliability or the like.;SOLUTION: A communication control system comprises a controller 1 and receivers 2 provided to terminals No.1 to No.50 connected to the controller 1 through a power line L. The controller 1 generates a binary code denoting a control command for the terminals No.1 to No.50 and transmits the binary code serially by sequentially turning ON/OFF an AC (e) on the power line L at zero-crossing points depending on the binary code, the receiver 2 detects the voltage of the AC (e) on the power line L, extracts the binary code according to the result of detection, and controls each of the terminals No.1 to No.50 according to the binary code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
