PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the user to receive optimum communication service, when executing communication registration to a mobile terminal which can use a plurality of communication service, and also to achieve it with using a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: This system does not perform packet communication registration on the data base for packet communication indicated by an identifier I but rather executes packet communication registration to the data base for packet communication, existing in an in-circle communication network, on the condition that it fulfill the conditions of subscriber information, when a request for packet communication registration is issued with the identifier I of the database for packet communication for home designated. Then, this does not perform multimedia communication registration in independent form but rather will execute multimedia communication registration, in such a form that the devices at the destination of connection become the same between packet communication and multimedia communication, when a request for register of multimedia communication is issued from the mobile terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
