PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the passing time of an automatic ticket examination machine in admission and exit even when a ticket is computerized and to simultaneously obtain reliability in security similar to that in that conventional case. SOLUTION: Computerization of the ticket is made possible by holding an electronic reserved seat in a portable terminal including a cellar telephone 1. Any cellular telephone 1 having an unauthorized electronic reserved seat is not permitted to pass the automatic ticket examination machine 2 by checking minimum required items by using the automatic ticket examination machine 2 in the case of admission, accessing a tour company server 5 by using an exclusive line 4 after passing the automatic ticket examination machine 2 and collating the items with reservation information in the tour company server 5. That is in the case of ticket examination, the tour company server 5 and the ticket examination machine 2 are not linked for every ticket examination but judgment/permission of admission are performed by the automatic ticket examination machine by using a part of ticket surface information in the cellular telephone 1. Confirmation between the electronic reserved seat in the cellular telephone and information of the tour company server 5 is performed before exit and when no compliance is obtained, exit is not permitted.
