Novel nucleic acid sequences encoding human vesicle transport protein-like and residue rat-like polypeptides

This application is drawn to novel nucleic acid sequences encoding mammalian polypeptides that have sequence similarity to human vesicle transport protein and residue rat protein, ACC:Q62825. The nucleic acid sequence is 1265 nucleotides long and contains an open reading frame from nucleotides 142 to 1236. The encoded polypeptides are novel proteins of 365 residues.
