The present invention relates to a vessel support, in particular an stent-prosthesis device such as an aorta-stent-prosthesis. The invention further relates to a delivery device for such a vessel support, in particular a catheter system, and to a delivery set and a method for delivering a stent-prosthesis. Finally the invention relates to a method for the simultaneous preventive treatment of at least a part of the thoracic aorta with the reconstructive treatment of at least a part of the arcus or bow of the aorta.
