The flange has an aperture allowing body fluids or exudates to enter the bag and has an inner rim delimiting the aperture. A central area encircles the aperture which has a predetermined weakening line pattern whereby the force needed for removing the bag flange from the body or skin or a body side member is smaller than the force needed for breaking the weakening line.
