The invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery.Summary of the invention consists in that onto the suprapubic plica between the anterior axillary lines it is made a cross section. Afterwards, there are made two parallel incisions, beginning from the cross section ends semiovally continuing towards the median line of the abdomen, not reaching it at the umbilicus level with 4…5 cm and further semiovally up to the xiphoid appendix, incision of the skin and the subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue, there are prepared two autodermal transplants and an autodermal strip. It is excised the hernial sac, it is mobilized the aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall from the subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue going more laterally with 1…2 cm about the pararectal lines. Afterwards, from both sides it is sectioned the aponeurosis of the external oblique abdominis muscles on the pararectal line, the rectus abdominis muscles are medially displaced together with their sheaths up to the full adaptation of the edges, they are fixed in the course of the abdomen white line with the autodermal strip, onto which there are applied implanted interrupted sutures.The pararectal musculoaponeurotic defects are substituted for unistratal autodermal transplants and the wound is sutured.
