The device comprises a casing with a curved tube (6) mounted in a channel extending through it. Connected to the casing is a wall mounting unit with an inner flange and optionally an outer flange (8) which can be secured together. The inner flange is formed by a connecting ring (7) for securing to the upper part (4a) of the casing via a bayonette joint. A ring-shaped seal is located between the connecting ring and upper part of the casing.
