A set of pharmaceuticaldosage forms is provided,each comprising at least twotherapeutic agents selected from (a)an estrogen, (b)an androgen and(c) anantimuscarinic, in total andrelative dosage amounts that aretheraputically effective in treatmentof female sexual dysfunction (FSD)or postmenopausal sexual avoidance(PMSA), said dosage forms beingadapted for intravaginal administration.A method of treatment of FSDor PMSA comprises administeringintravaginally, in a treatment regimenextending over a period of at least 7days, dosage forms at least a portionof which comprise two or moretherapeutic agents selected from (a)an estrogen, (b) an androgen, and(c)an antimuscarinic, in total andrelative dosage amounts that aretherapeutically effective in treatmentof FSD or PMSA, wherein no morethan one dosage form is administredon any day. Also provided is akit useful in implementing such atreatment regimen.
