PURPOSE: A respiratory gas measurement apparatus is provided to allow for high accuracy of measurement, while reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A respiratory gas measurement apparatus comprises a main body having a pressure difference sensor and a temperature measurement thermistor; and a respiratory tube arranged to be attachable/detachable to/from the main body. The respiratory tube includes a cylindrical tube having two diamond-type apertures formed in an opposite direction at the outer surface of the cylindrical tube; a sensor rod(240) inserted into the two apertures. The sensor rod has two air flow tubes(242) formed in the interior of the sensor rod, wherein each of the two air flow tubes has sampling holes(244) formed symmetrically toward an inlet and an outlet of the respiratory tube. The sensor rod has, at the top portion thereof, a quadrangular pyramid-shaped unit(246), and at the bottom thereof, a support(248). The cylindrical tube is fixed by upper and lower protrusions(246a,248a) formed at the quadrangular pyramid-shaped unit and the support, respectively.
