The invention relates to oil industry, in particular to production well servicing by means of deep insert sucker-rod pumps. The insert pump is removed from a well. Said pump being replaced and run into an oil-well tubing (2), an anchor core (10) is set in an anchor pad device (9), flush fluid is filled into the oil-well tubing (2) in such a way that it reaches a wellhead, the oil-well tubing (2) and a detachable locking shoe (8) are leakage tested. In order to remove mud from a shank, said mud entering via the oil-well tubing (2) during the running of the insert pump, the detachable locking shoe (8) is open. The leakage test being over, the level of the flush fluid is considerably higher than a static fluid level, whereby said fluid flows by gravity through the shank (15) and removes the mud accumulated therein. Said shank (15) being cleaned, pure flush fluid comes in the insert pump, thereby preventing mud from penetrating between the rubbing parts thereof and disrupting the tightness of valves (4, 5). The invention improves the operating reliability of the insert pump and increases the service life thereof.
