The invention concerns a device for illuminating or lighting natural flower displays, beds or designs. It consists of a plate or sheet (2) with predetermined contour (3), set flat on the ground and bearing over its entire surface an assembly of light guides (6) or electric conductors (7), which result in an assembly of light sources (8) predetermined on the basis of the position of said flowers or said plants of the flower display. The sheet (2) also includes a set of orifices (4) distributed over its entire surface, thus facilitating the production of the floral display. Said device is useful for urban planning and landscaping.
