The invention relates to a double-flow radial fan impeller with a single motor-driven support disc (10) carrying a plurality of distributed over its periphery blades (14). The blades (14) are held in recesses of the support disc (10) and extending therefrom towards opposite sides. The two free ends of the single-piece blades (14) are on both sides of the support disc (10) by a respective annular cover plate (22, 23), said two cover disks (22, 23) limit the axial inflow openings. Such impeller requires few parts and can be easily mounted.
