Program sources of a plurality of applications provided/created by a plurality of providers, function modules, and execution applications are registered and managed in a server. In the server, when a user creates an application, an application satisfying the user request and having a desired function can automatically be created by simple operations such as selection/input. A unique ID is embedded in this created application, so as to accurately and easily identify the user. In the server, simultaneously with the creation of an application, a program adapted to the server access during execution of the acquired application is automatically created, thereby providing and operating the service based on access during application usage by the user.
