The frequency uncertainty estimator has a mobile telephone network with access to GSM (31) and UMTS (32) information. At intermediate instants, the number of sections n of each clock are measured, where n is a positive whole number. the number of sections are memorized, and the relative frequency uncertainty window allows measurements to be repeated between the update rate for one clock.
