PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing an EC(Electric Commerce) service using the real-time AD(ADvertisement) information on a network base are provided to give the remarkable AD effect for a product to each subscriber by transmitting the AD data and the information data for the product to the subscriber terminals from an information operation server in the real-time. CONSTITUTION: A communication network(10) realizes the data communication with each other by connecting to the communication lines. The subscriber terminal(20) displays the AD data for the product PR using a moving image, a photo, a text and a voice message received from the outside through the communication network, and transmits the product and quantity data of the product selected from the displayed AD data to the outside. The information operation server(30) receives the AD data and the product data from the outside and transmits the data to the subscriber terminals in the real-time and pays the purchase amount of the subscriber by a payment tool selected by the subscriber. A DB(40) stores the AD information provided by the information operation server.
