PURPOSE: An air compressor system is provided to reduce energy consumption and noise and vibration by mounting buoyant blades to the hollow cylindrical tube and driving the cylindrical tube in a horizontal direction through the motor. CONSTITUTION: An air suction valve(21) and an air exhaust valve(22) are assembled to the body of a hollow cylindrical tube(4) filled with a fluid, and a right buoyant blade(6) and a left buoyant blade(32) are coupled to the body of the hollow cylindrical tube. Flanges(16,33) coupled to a support shaft(2) are fixed to the inner wall of a fluid tank frame(1). The support shaft is rotated in a horizontal direction by a motor(20), while maintaining level of the fluid contained in the cylindrical tube and the fluid tank frame constant. The space in a left side(29) and a right side(30) of the cylindrical tube increases or decreases, thus permitting atmospheric air to be sucked into the cylindrical tube, compressed and discharged.
