The system has an elongated cylindrical hollow tube (3) through which heated air or air to be heated circulates. The tube is fixed to a fixed plate (4) provided with a hole in an axis of the tube. A detachable plate (5) has a perforation having a diameter greater than the tube for permitting the tube to slide along the plate. A manipulation shaft (7) is fixed with the tube to adjust a distance between the plates and tube. An independent claim is also included for an air solar panel.
