PURPOSE: An air compressor system by the flow deviation of the fluid entrapped in a hollow circular ring moving by the wind and waves is provided to lower the center of the weight of the half-moon shaped weight when the system is inclined by the wave power of the sea waves. A first expansion tank(17) for the compressed air is composed to easily adjust the storage and discharge of the compressed air and stores the air, expansively. The air moves to a second expansion tank for the compressed air to store the air, expansively, being discharged through an air outlet(22).
