PURPOSE: A method and a system for forwarding an e-mail document varied with a condition are provided to forward the e-mail document having the contents and the forwarding time varied with a conditional sentence written on the e-mail document. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a processing part(11) receiving an e-mail document written by a user through a user terminal(13) and forwarding the e-mail document to a receiver by deciding the conditional sentence included to the e-mail document, and a storing part(12) for string various kinds of information needed to process the inputted e-mail document. The processing part(11) a user interface providing part(111) providing an user interface environment to the user through a network and receiving the input of the e-mail document, a pre-treatment part(112) setting up the forwarding time of the e-mail document, a monitoring part(113) monitoring the forwarding time continuously, a forwarding part(114), and an analyzing/deciding part(115). The storing part(12) includes a document storing part(121) and a state variable storing part(122) for storing the state variables inputted from a state variable input part(14).
